Minibus Loan

To find out about availability, please contact us with the dates you wish to loan the minibus. 

Our loan rates are $50.00 per day (or part day) if you're not leaving Chinchilla and $100.00 per day (or part day) if you are leaving Chinchilla. 

When you pick up the bus it will have a full tank of petrol and we ask you return it the same. 

Full payment for the hire is required before you pick it up. Payment is to be made into our bank account:

Our minibus is a petrol 12-seat Toyota Hiace Commuter. 

It has a manual transmission, air conditioning, CD player/AM/FM radio. 

We have RACQ Roadside Assistance, should you need help from them, membership information is inside the folder in the minibus. 

The minibus is fully insured. Should you be involved in an accident, the standard excess is $500 but may be more depending on the age of the driver. 

In the event of an accident, payment of the excess is to be made within 14-days of the accident.
