This Handbook contains information that can provide an understanding of some of the necessary rules and routines of boarding house life and give some understanding of how we live together at the Hostel. 

To be completed and submitted by a Parent/Carer prior to commencement of your child's boarding at Leichhardt House 

To be completed by the Boarder/witnessed by a Parent/Carer and submitted, prior to commencement of  boarding at Leichhardt House  

Parent/carer consent to ensure the best possible outcome for your child in the event of a medical situation during her/his time in residence as a boarder at the hostel.

To be completed by a Year 12 boarder wanting to drive a private vehicle to/from the hostel.  

[In the event of a complaint] To be completed by the Complainant and submitted to Hostel Managers (or submitted to Management Committee of Chinchilla Student Accommodation Association Inc. should a Hostel Staff member be implicated in the complaint)
